Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

For non sale items we have a 14-day return policy, which means all items bought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   
For sale items we have a 7 day return policy, which means all items bought online must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Again, unfortunately, after this time we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return we will require your receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings, lingerie or swimwear.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tribeca-brighton.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note all postage costs are payable by you unless the wrong item has been sent out by us or the item is faulty on arrival.

We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods as we will not be responsible for missing items.
